Can you hold a place before I apply?

An apartment/house can only be held after the applying. If the applicant is not approved, we will refund the application fee back onto the card used during payment.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

First month’s rent and security deposit are required, not last month’s.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, security deposits can be refunded once the tenant moves out with no damage or repairs needed to the unit.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

We LOVE pets! Please let us know you are getting or moving in with a pet and provide an additional deposit (non-refundable) and your pet will be allowed.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

We will communicate with tenants before the expiration date to understand if they would like to proceed with an additional lease. Move out can be noted within the tenant portal as well.
